7. Refund & Return Policy

  • No Returns for Used Products

    • Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept it back.

    Damaged on Arrival

    • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

    Return Process

    1. GADG is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

    2. Refund or replacement is available only when the product is reported as damaged (broken seal, broken parts, etc.) within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of the unboxing.

    3. Our team will review your request; claims resulting from negligence or improper use are not covered.

    4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

    Cancellations

    • Before shipping or within the first 2 hours of placing an order: full refund.

    • After 2 hours (but before shipment) for prepaid orders: a 30 % deduction applies.

    • No refunds once the order has been shipped.

8. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Misuse the site to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of GADG or others

  • Use bots or scraping tools to access or copy website content

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

All content on GADG — including product listings, text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of GADG or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

GADG makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of products or services. In no event shall GADG be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or profits arising out of your use of the website

  • Product damages due to customer mishandling or negligence

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GADG, its affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
