3. Return Process

4. Refund Timelines

5. Cancellations

Before Shipping / Within 2 Hours of Placing Order:
A full refund will be issued upon cancellation. -
After 2 Hours of Order Placement (Prepaid Orders):
A 30% deduction will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. -
After Shipment:
No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the order has been shipped.
